Dr. John Luginsland is a senior scientist at Confluent Sciences, LLC and an adjunct professor at Michigan State University.

Dr. Jason A. Marshall is the associate superintendent, Plasma Physics Division, Naval Research Laboratory.

Dr. Arje Nachman is the program officer for electromagnetics at AFOSR.

Dr. Edl Schamiloglu is a distinguished professor of electrical and computer engineering at the University of New Mexico, where he also serves as associate dean for research and innovation in the School of Engineering, and special assistant to the Provost for Laboratory Relations.
