The book "Bionanocomposites from Marine Origin: Preparation and Application" can magnificently create a significant connection between the spheres of marine nanoscience, material science, biotechnology, nanotechnology, and biomimetic for discovering the tiny revolutionary materials of our ocean ecosystem to expose the enormous prospective related to it. Here all the chapters can be used to show case the state-of-the-art for the genuine global challenges like marine pollution, antifouling technologies, and the eco toxicological influence of engineered nanomaterials. It is also offering inventive forward-thinking solutions for some common issues by enlightening the concept of creating edible nanocomposite film for food coating and packaging from marine chitosan and gelatin, sustainable water purification from nanocellulose, the captivating applications of biominerals resulting from shelled plankton, explore into the impact of engineered nanomaterials in marine ecotoxicology, high-tech visions of biomimetic strategies encouraged by marine life, nanosensors for water quality monitoring, marine polysaccharides for sophisticated nano-drug delivery systems. Also emphasis has given to some multifaceted interaction among engineered nanomaterials with the aquatic environment by considering both their probable benefits in the fields like artificial ocean fertilization and carbon sequestration as well as proper utilization of marine waste like chitin and chitosan. So this book can focus to unite oceanic miracles with human imagination for a better transformation of marine nanoscience for developing industries as well as ecosystems. It is fully based on the concept of some new insights of next generation material science where small marine materials reimagined for a smart high performance based future solution with next level engineering. Also this book will become a limelight for researchers, marine scientists, material engineers, biotechnologists, ecologists, industrialist, etc. due to its unique interdisciplinary approach. So finally this book can open new window for our future for proving how the marine nanoscience can modify our industries through sustainable marine solution.
